This simple dish is a classic for a reason! Rich and delicious on its own, we appreciate its versatility for customization as you wish. Sometimes we add chicken, other times peas and prosciutto, and yet other times we simply enjoy it as it is. Any type of pasta will work, but we love long fettuccine that gets coated in the sauce. The acidity of our Chardonnay cuts through some of the richness while the creamy body of the wine is mirrored on the plate.
