Ingredients

  • Aged Manchego, Sharp Cheddar, and Ricotta (or a soft goat cheese)
  • Thinly sliced Prosciutto
  • Grilled Peaches
  • Toasted Hazelnuts
  • A selection of crackers, crostini, or sliced baguette
  • Wildflower Honey and sprigs of Rosemary or Thyme for garnish

1Step 1

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Cut the peaches into halves or slices, and grill for a few minutes on each side until nicely charred and softened. Allow to cool.

2Step 2

Arrange the cheeses, prosciutto, grilled peaches, fresh fruit, toasted hazelnuts, crackers/bread, and condiments on a large platter or wooden board.

3Step 3

Garnish with fresh herbs and drizzle with honey if desired.

4Step 4

Serve with chilled Rombauer Chardonnay, and enjoy the harmony of flavors, perfect for savoring the last days of summer!
