- Begin by putting a large stockpot on the stove with water that’s just slightly salty to taste and bring to a boil.

- In a bowl combine all ingredients by hand until a smooth dough has been formed
- Roll out the dough into thin 1 1/2-inch strips and cut to desired size and length

- In small batches, boil the gnocchi until set in the middle and tender
- Usually around 1 minute or until the pasta floats to the top

- Preheat your skillet with a light amount of oil, sear gnocchi for thirty seconds on one side, flip and repeat

- Once searing both sides of the gnocchi is complete, take two tablespoons of butter and let melt down in the pan
- Once browned take off the heat
- Garnish with thyme and warmed cranberry sauce to finish
