  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chili flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced or finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Rombauer Zinfandel
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. oregono, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1Step 1

Combine onion, chili, garlic, wine, and salt in a medium bowl. Let sit for ten minutes.

2Step 2

Stir in parsley and oregano. Using a fork, whisk in oil. Serve spooned over steak or other meats, as a spread on sandwiches, or as a dipping sauce for various vegetables, breads, and more.
