Terms and Conditions A member must be present to receive benefits in our Tasting Rooms. Your credit card will be billed prior to the scheduled date of each shipment. Wine Club memberships will continue until you notify us of cancellation. Prior to cancellation, we ask that members accept at least two wine club shipments. An administrative fee will be charged for early termination. All club shipments require an adult signature (21+ years) at time of delivery. We recommend having shipments sent to a business address when possible. We ask that you notify us of address changes before club shipments are processed. Charges incurred for redirected or returned shipments are the member’s responsibility. To ensure our wines reach you in pristine condition, all shipments are subject to weather holds. Rombauer Vineyards is not responsible for temperature fluctuations during or after shipments. We notify will-call members by email when shipments are ready to be picked up so that we can learn your location preference. With limited storage, we ask that you pick up your club order within 60 days. If this isn’t possible, we will ship the wines to you at your expense. We send most member communication via email, so please notify us right away if your email changes.
